Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once processed, orders are shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders.
There is no minimum order quantity.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
